Payment and Subscription Terms

Our consultation services operate on a monthly subscription basis with the following conditions:

• Monthly subscription fee of £250 including VAT, payable in advance via direct debit or card payment
• Representative APR: 0% (no interest charges apply to subscription payments)
• Cancellation requires 30 days written notice; no refunds for partial months of service

Liability Limitations

Our liability for any claims arising from consultation services is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where limited by law for personal injury or death.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the consultation relationship with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct.

Upon termination, you retain access to previously provided consultation materials but lose access to ongoing support and future consultations

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid terms achieving similar commercial purposes.

Complete Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and service-specific agreements, constitute the complete agreement between you and Zenquarilomea Services regarding our consultation services.
